 We're in the same ballpark.  For a 10MB file, that took me
about 3 sec.  And it seems that if I'm pulling in a stream(set) they
come in even faster.
 I've only recently started using nzb's and I don't know if
that's another difference(I think so), but if you like what you've
got, I'd stick with it.
 I've always liked Agent's every version.  I even use it for my
email reader.  I haven't looked into it at all, but I don't think I'd
upgrade to 8 unless it was just fantastically better.
 I'm still gathering Agatha's sets and I'll back off what I
said about the Goddess set because there's only one.  It's almost
identical to one of her EA sets though.  But that was a great set!
