One more FYI:
I noticed last night that Quicklook for comic archives was broken again
(weird since comics QL has been stable with EV2 unlike my previous
setup).. I reset the quicklook daemon and continued to bang my head
against toga (Narrator: it's not ready for PrimeTime).
I checked this morning and putting the unofficial 2017 Simple Comic in
/Applications reassigned all cb files to SC's Quicklook plugin which is
completely borked. I would have sworn SC's QL plugin would not have
been assigned on older OS X versions since:
- it's not an App Store app
- it's not signed
- it's alphabetically after EV2
Evidently in Mohave, it's last installed app (maybe) but again
undefined rules with no visibility and no mechanism for the user to
choose.
I don't feel like playing with it so, SC archived again on my system. :-(
