Semi-major oops discovered last night.
I knew there was an issue with tar archives that tested OK but had
issues, but couldn't remember if it was possibly a helper tool issue or
what.
I found another cache of my old test files on another drive and one of
them is a cbt file with that issue. 7z returns OK/exit code=0 result
but has warnings in stdout (not stderr!).
Fixed in b15. Decided to use WARNINGS tag rather than the old
UNVERIFIED label/status. Default is still yellow color tag.
Long story short (too late), don't run b14 on a huge batch. Won't cause
any long term issues, but you'll need to rerun with b15+.

P.S. in the case of the test file, the last WebP image is readable but
corrupted at bottom. Likely truncated archive and thus truncated file.
