My god I cannot take my eyes off the CNN feed of the U.S. inauguration.
This is just the most amazing thing. And it goes on and on. All
these marching bands from odd little places in that vast country. All
the ... I don't know, the ordinariness, the just plain people ... as
well as the grandeur, the pomp and splendour. We're not used to seeing
America in such a complicated way, I think. And such a deep and
dignified new President. What a day for the whole world.
