Here are two posting programs. The one I use:
yenc-power-post-A&A-v11b and PowerPost 2002.
The former will post only with yEnc encoding.
PowerPost 2002, that will post in .UUE or yEnc
but imo it has some flaws. Either of them beats posting
with Agent because you have to manually load each post.

These programs are in rar .exe which is self extracting.
Scan them with an antivirus program.

Extract the files, put them into a directory, then create
a shortcut to them in your start menu.
