The files posted are yenc encoded. Microsoft Outlook Express doesn't
decoded that format. You have three choices: check and see if
Microsoft may have a plugin to decoded yenc, update your news reader
to a program such as Forte Agent or save each file manually and get
the free yenc decoder that's available on the internet.
