Recently I have noticed that some .rar sets have been posted with par2
sets that contain both the .rar files and the files that are contained
in the .rar files. If a .rar is posted this way and a downloader got
a corrupt .rar, he would not be able to repair the .rar without
extracting the files and he would not be able to extract the .rar
without repairing it.
The correct way to use par2 sets with .rar files is to include only
the .rar file parts.
