I'm going to take a stab at this, but I'm not sure
that what I'm posting is what is wanted.
Additionally, the *only* CSV I have for this site
is the one issued by CD. There are a lot of sets
missing from this csv, and their names aren't the
same as on the site.

According to the html I have for PN, the
thumbs you posted aren't part of this set.
PhL released a set ('1908 - BdC' in CD's
csv) that is similiar to the thumbs that
you posted, but your thumb filenames are
skipped in that set.
