I hope he has a much better meal than that at the shelter. This is
America and we have to take much better care of our mentally ill
residents than we currently do.
We just put a 24 lbs. bird in the oven. We have been spatchcocking
turkeys now for the past 6 - 7 years and that bird will done in less
than 2 hours.
