At the very least there should be carbon fiber ducts around those
props.
Also, they claimed there were no restrictions on the use of such a
vehicle, FAA FAR part 103, the regulations governing the operation of
ultralight aircraft prohibit the use of this kind of vehicle in
populated areas in the USA. Maybe there are no regs in Russia.
