rivaled only by his lack of understanding of the constitution,
military matters and diplomacy.
Ever since his blistering and ongoing defeats in the mid-terms, he
seems to be experiencing an accelerated psychological melt-down. At
this rate, the 25th amendment might have to be invoked before Mueller
can issue his report.
