As an aside, The National Interest published a propaganda piece in
2015 written by the Russian spy (for lack of a better word) Maria
Butina.

NI seems to have a rather Pro-Russian stance. The photonic radar is
one of those things that is more propaganda then sixth gen reality,
IMHO.
