Which, in theory, isn't much different from the technology advances we
made by annexing Nazi research and scientists.
However, the PRC is coming into their own now with a very large number
of very well educated scientists and engineers.
When it comes to military capabilities, you do not get points for
originality. All that matters is that you have the technology and can
project those capabilities effectively. If by stealing the
technology, you can dramatically reduce development costs and time,
that would be a wise strategic move for any government.
