Interesting question...as far a quality control, the Japanese are more than
equal to the task...my only question is the licensing agreement...are they
required to use the American avionics and weapons or choose their own?
There's a lot of unique parts that go into its build...so unique that it might
be better to just buy them from the American suppliers rather than start from
scratch.
