I'd trust the wealthy Chinese who can afford to replace landing cables in a
timely fashion rather than the poor Russians who are sailing a rusting, oil
fired hulk of an aircraft carrier with a short-handed poorly trained crew.
If the Russian Navy can't keep their toilets flushing and semi-operable, you
can't expect them to land their aircraft in a safe manner.
