That has been my experience. Driving is VERY
different, from the instant acceleration to
the automatic braking whenever you take your
foot off the "gas". And the weight of the battery
under the floorboard - with no weight under the
hood - gives it more ground-hugging stability.
Now that I have gotten used to it I cannot fathom
going back to a gas powered car.
