He might get it when we get to February and he can't get his food
stamps. Then for those folks planning on paying of their Xmas spending
with a tax refund, if the shutdown goes as long as the orange one
promises, they will get the Trumpian response, "your check is in the
mail."
BTW: There are a whole bunch of folks in the travel/tourist industry
who have been layed off, as well as contractors, and the furloughed Fed
workers who will never be able to recover their losses.
