1983....I was the working at a shop in Glenwood springs Colorado. had one
of these sitting right next to my bay for months. Customer was supposedly
from Aspen and was going to pick up the car after wintering down south for a
few months.
Around late march, early April the owner of the shop couldn't get a hold of
the car owner. After asking the Pitkin county sheriff to do a welfare check
they discovered the car was reported stolen 6 months earlier.
