Oh, I didn't mean that you should post off-topic, and certainly not
that you should filter blindly, only that once you have glanced at a
pic or a vid, it's OK (speaking as Joe Consumer here) to discard it if
it's below your standards. And that especially goes for entire sets of
pics, and longer vids, to get the volume down to a manageable level.
I guess part of what I'm saying is that it's not necessarily a bad
thing to have high standards. Sure, the amount of stuff becomes less,
but the increased quality more than makes up for it. And everyone has
to be selective to one extent or another ... if not all the time, then
at least eventually. I mean, even if we all had unlimited bandwidth
and quota and disk space (which is not the case), that'll catch up with
anyone sooner or later. "Well, let's see, I've got 3 terabytes of
stuff so far that I haven't even had time to look at ..."
But anyway, another part of what I'm saying is don't sweat it;
just do whatever you find works best for you. And in any case thanks
for what you do post, and yeah, there are some folks out here
downloading it.
