How much revenue is required to justify less than 10 hours of work a month
?
I used to run paysites, back in the heyday. If we had 100 paying members
for a performer, it was considered a success, and we were doing weekly
livechats too. We worked on a 20/20/60 split, so for about 6 hours of easy
work, the talent walked away with at least $1500, me & the photog would
make 500 each.
Our top talent had over 2000 members during her peak years, it was a
goldmine for a little while! Christina isn't anywhere near that big, but I
can't imagine her having fewer than 50 at this point. Thing is, nobody
seems to be driving traffic for the site and it looks like shit. Any idiot
could do better than whoever called themselves her webmaster.
Shit, I'd do it for 20% of 50 members. It's stupid easy.
