I got the software stuff also, MCSE, A+, Linux/Unix Bla, Bla,
Even taught some at the College level but that is not the point.
All your cred(?) is Software and Apps. Nothing about manufacturing
which is the beef with WD. They cut back on QC to save money and we
all get burnt in the process.
When it comes to hardware you have no clue!
Must have been tough work moving all those boxes!
