An expert is considered a know all of all, but that is never true of
any of us. I could also come up with a 'I bet you don't know about...'
I'm very surprised you assume I work in a warehouse, which, to be
honest is very derogatory of those that do.
Anyway, what you wanted to know was my credentials for saying what I
did.
I left school in Dec 1969 at the age of fifteen, with no
qualifications.
I took a few jobs until , in 1972 I started my IT career, with a major
UK mainframe manufacturer, ICL at the time, now subsumed by Fujitsu.
My real expertise that is relevant to this thread goes like this.:--
These are snippets from my CV which now goes back over 40 years.
Excuse the format, it's just cut n paste with no editing. All
sanitised for obvious reasons.

Experience with SQL Server 2000, 2005 on Windows Server versions 2000
and 2003 and more recently SQL Server 2008 on the Windows Server 2008
platform.
Both clustered and non-clustered environments.
Attended two courses this year for MS Sharepoint configuration and
administration.
Responible for all comany Windows server backups using IBM Tivoli
Storage Management, Tivoli data Protection for SQL Server (TDPSQL) and
Veritas/Symantec Backup Exec.
All aspects of SQL Server DBA functions performed including:-
Day to day activities such as ensuring backups are performed and
troubleshooting customer queries via the helpdesk. Some project work,
such as installing and configuring new SQL Server implementations.
Compliance testing at go live.
Provide out of hours support for either new implementations, changes
to production or fix on fail.
Design and implementation of new database configurations including
backup servers and DR provision and testing.

until a permanent DBA was employed.
Assigned to the Management Reporting team, SSIS is utilised to extract
data for the reporting processes. Transactional and Snapshot
replication publications are used to transfer reporting data to a
reporting server.
The SQL server instances had until recently been supported by a team
who have no formal SQL training so there was no consistency across the
estate. My major role here was to standardise, lock down and generally
ensure the good health of the services. Very much involved in the
configuration of a Document Management System, by Phoenix, based on a
SQL Server 2008 R2 active/passive clustered environment. Provided
support for the company's Finance system (CODA), supplied by UNIT4.
Client side support for the backup solution, IBM's Tivoli Data
Protection for SQL (TDPSQL).
Need I say more?
