Also, I use a program called Subtitle Edit, which will let you do things like
change times to align the subtitle file and also translate (using Google
Translate) from other languages to English, if you can't find English subs. The
translation quality depends on the source language, the romance languages
(Portuguese, Italian, Spanish and Romanian) tend to work the best. French not so
much. But it's very worthwhile. So if you can only find non-English subs, you
can take a pass at translating them here.
