Plenty of reasons. To see exactly what it is. for example, in order
to decide whether to download it or not.
Example: I have an NZB file here called wumt 2016-09-30.nzb
What is this? Who can tell?
Open it in a text editor and you can see that it is actually "Windows
Update Mini Tool 2016-09-30"
So now I can look it up and see what that is.
And that its files are posted to
"alt.binaries.comp" and "alt.binaries.ftd"
And how many parts there are.
