nzbking searches the full 3000+ days.
nzbking scans the nfo. IF that contains the IMDB URL, search will find the tt number.
Searching on the title and bogart
http://www.nzbking.com/search/?q=bogart+All+Came+True+1940
finds the DVD.
Binsearch (approx 1900 days) finds it with
https://www.binsearch.info/?q=It.All.Came.True.1940&max=250&adv_age=&server=2
Did you check the "other groups" ?
nzbindex gives up at 1100 days.
