The encode is a mess. The frame rate is supposedly 59.94 fps. There are
multiple repeated frames. The resolution is 352x256.
Sorry to complain but we do expect encodes to be of the best possible
quality.
It would be helpful if you could include more technical information in
the nfo. Most of us use mediainfo.
