Do you mean DVDs with a reading problem? If the DVDs are protected you need
to rip them with DVDdecrypter or DVDFab or AnyDVD then point Handbrake at
the decrypted copy.
Here is a way to get Handbrake to read protected DVDs directly but I
haven't tried it
