I don't believe there's many companies who specializes in just silent
films (they wouldn't be able to make a profit).

BFI (British Film Institute). You need them when purchasing Abel
Gance's NAPOLEON. There's an American version ("presented by Francis
Ford Coppola") - the distributor of which prevents the British version
from being sold directly in the US. The difference is that the
British version is longer. (I think NAPOLEON is one of the greatest
silent films.)

I suggest that when you find a silent that interests you, look it up
on Amazon, see who's the distributor, then go to their website.
