I've answered this question previously. The answer is No. I cited two
reasons. I'll offer a third reason.

I don't want someone saying that a certain movie should be included when
it's not. I don't want someone trying to argue that a certain movie should
be ranked higher than it is.

The lists are subjective. I don't want someone trying to argue that their
subjective opinion in better than mine. Maybe it is. I don't care.

I am not looking to solicit requests. If I post something that is new to
you, that's great. If I post something that is a "better" for you, that's
great. If I post something that's just as good as what you have, just ignore
the post. If you have a copy that's better than what I posted, I'm always
looking for "betters."
