Thanks to the Original Poster!

While this is a comedy, it's not the zany type of comedy you'd normally associate with Bob Hope or Lucille Ball. This is a more sophisticated and dramatic type of comedy.

My "Favorites" categories include eleven categories. Each category lists between 20 and 100 movies. The "Comedy" category is the most competitive. I put a limit of 100 on a category because it's not supposed to be a list of what I think are good movies, but a list of my favorite movies. This movie just made the list.

There are movies rated higher on IMDb that did not make my Favorites list, and that I think are pretty good. I am thinking of expanding the list to include "Honorable Mentions." On one hand, some very good and widely acclaimed movies shouldn't be slighted. On the other hand, if I feel like watching a movie, the chance of my considering a movie not on the Favorites list are slim-to-none. Being on my Favorites list, if I'm in the mood for a comedy, this is one I'd consider.
