Thanks to the Original Poster!

This file size is 5.49 GB. I usually don't like files this big, but it was necessary.

Every file format has advantages and disadvantages. I am not a big Matroska fan, but this is the only format I tried that maintained high quality throughout.

Because of Time Lapse photography, several places in the movie had a "checkered blotch" pattern in several places using other file formats.

I tried converting this file to several other formats for a smaller file size. The quality bordered on acceptable with mp4, and really was pretty good with avi, except for the blotching.

If you're so inclined and have the software, try it. The worst blotching came right after the 30-minute mark, showing the growth of some leaves and apples. The mkv format is the only format that didn't show (or hugely minimized) the blotching.

The movie also has English subs. Not hardcoded. Can easily be turned off.
