Used to be that you could find pal dvds from like Amazon UK in
widescreen for Europe when the only US dvd was FS 4x3.
But I just checked amazon UK and they only have US import ntsc dvds
which seem to be 4x3 AR. That's why I suspect the only chance of
finding it WS will be an hdtv airing of a widescreen print.
