A typcial 720p with AR of 1.667 would be 1200x720 as you say.
As long as the Width of a 720p does not exceed 1280 then it
still falls into the "720p" category AFAIK.

Some of the WebDL seem to be of an odd width/height lately
I saw a 1080p WebDL with 1920x1152 pixels which conforms
to Width but exceeds 1080 in height.
