Short answer - QuickPar

Longer answer - If you just want to read the nfo file, download the
initial par2 file and the two smallest files. If there's an nfo,
running the par2 file will identify it. Alternatively you can just
grab those two small files and add  .nfo or .txt to the end of it and
there ya go. If you DL the whole package just run quickpar to rename
the files. A side note - If you have any files with errors they will
not rename. What you need to do is after running quickpar and clicking
the rename button, you need to click the add button and select the
files with errors manually. After that just click repair ;o)
