Bill, I don't have any of these myself, but you might want to consider
also posting a request in ab.dvd.music.classical. Most of the posts
there are performances and sometimes documentaries, but someone
frequenting the group may have some of the films you've mentioned.
Her 1968 film "La Traviata" was posted 7/28/2009, if you can still get
stuff that old. DivX avi, but what the heck. I don't see anything else
that mentions her by name in the header, but it's not impossible that
she may be in some of the other stuff posted.
And if you're an opera buff, boy! is that the place to hang out. Lots
of stuff in DVD format.
