Not familiar with that utility. Perhaps whatever methodology the
uploaders use to 1st retitle, then 'untitle' their files is peculiar
to QuickPar, which is, by far, the more popular utility for working
with these newsgroup posts.
It would be nice if the uploading group didn't have to resort to such
hoopla when posting their files, but the DCMA goons being what they
are, it certainly helps prevent easy identification of titles by
searching the NZB sites. While it frustrates the lawyers, it
unfortunately frustrates Usenet users, tambien.
There used to be a website that desciphered the numeric titles to the
actual alpha title, but it went down a month or so ago. So, now users
are left to their own devices when searching the relevant news groups.
