You're welcome Semolina, and from now on I'll post 15 % — rather than
10 % — of par2 files; this will (avoid or) reduce the incompleteness on
other servers than the one I use (Giganews).
I have no way to check whether or not the uploads are complete on
Astraweb or Supernews for example (glad to know that the Kanazawas were
complete on Supernews).
Sometimes I do some verification at www.binsearch.info but I suspect
that Binsearch also uses Giganews to check for completeness (thus this
may be inconclusive).
