This seems silly.
I just don't see how anyone is hurt in allowing us to watch
BBC shows and Brits to watch ours - which is mostly what a
site like Janajives allowed.
Still, Janajives didn't actually store and serve the files,
this was done by filefactory.com, sockshare.com, and so on.
So the real service that Janajives provided was searching for
shows and their links.
