I have nothing but thanks for the people that made this group work over
the years, but yes, it's largely dead now.

Most Usenet posts are now obfuscated, and that requires an indexer to
read the posts. It's become complicated to be a Usenet user now.

I'll keep checking back here, but it's looking grim.
