No worries mate, the posts and your efforts are appreciated.
FWIW I've had similar issue when searching for shows in the past,
especially using KODI. Sometimes it seems some of the search facilities
either never had or no longer have the shows as listed and, like
Google etc, eventually find a show title that sort of matches what
you are looking for and downloads that, but named as your search
file so you only find out when you play it that it's wrong.
At first I though it might be people poisoning the system, but since it
was 1970/80's SF TV series I was looking for, that's probably unlikely :-)
