It's weird not seeing Chris there and even more weird watching Julia
giving cooking tips to Bridgette!

When Kimball played dumb, it mostly worked because he wasn't
presented as a chef.  Having people we know are chefs acting as
presenters and sorta playing dumb while the "working" chef explains
stuff to them feels a bit wrong.  Maybe it would work better if the
"working" chef spoke more to the camera, and hence the audience,
rather than the "non-working" chef/presenter.
