there seemed to be a 'packaging' error fairly far upstrem
the few PBS sites I cheched all have both in S11
initially all PBS cooking shows were 13 / season for some reason
the more success fyl ($$$$) then moved to 26
when i saw that Mng S11 was 28 I thought this off then forgot about it
so a 'packer' made a mistake someehre in the pipe line
