I'd recommend against US providers as they do auto-takedows due to the DMCA,
this means that as soon as something gets posted it's deleted from the
server straight away without any human interaction, it's a completely
automated process.
A Dutch based USP like Tweaknews or Eweka forces the copyright holder to
fill in an online form, this is then verified and the post is removed, a
process that takes about a week for Tweaknews.
Something that's worth considering...
