The same thing has happened to me. Not frequently, but often
enough to be annoying.
So I archive all the NZBs, even after they've been DLed.
Sometimes a show isn't important enough to be archived, but
later, after watching it, I'll want it for some reason or other.
The various NZB search engines only go back so far and often you
can DL a show well after you can find its NZB with a search.
