I, too, have to agree with PeggLegg on this one. Having 1080p is fine
for a theatrical or even a scripted television program, but it seems
to be overkill for a cooking show. Star Wars, a travelogue touring
Europe or a nature documentary benefits from 1080p, but I'm not sure
that a cooking show merits that quality. Seems to me, anyway. 720p is
more than adequte, and what most cable systems broadcast in, anyway.
