Most of the time, it's from pirate groups using coded titles to help
avoid the copyright lawyers takedown requests. And regardless of which
group you find it in, it's near always guaranteed to be off-topic. An
occasional virus, but even non-virus posts are usually of no interest
to regular group users.

I always figure, if the poster has the chutzpah to upload his stuff
with a bizarro filename, I don't need to bother with it. Especially if
the poster uses that kind of screwy poster handle. Too much good stuff
properly titled to waste time with that nonsense.
