"Baking with Julia" episode 202 - season 2 episode 2
This was on PBS "createTV" yesterday April 21, 2015, at 3:30PM, but I
missed recording it.
http://www.createtv.com/CreateProgram.nsf/vLinkTitle/Baking+with+Julia#
has a complete episode list.
It was posted in mid 2008 by StutorNS, but binsearch does not go back
far enough to pick it up. PBS.org has the episode (Julia with chef
Beatrice Ojakangas) for viewing, however, it is abbreviated showing
only the Danish pastries. Being Norwegian, I wanted the part that was
cut off, the Norwegian potato crepe, potato lefse and Swedish oatmeal
hardtack. I have searched various episode guides to see if it would
be shown again, but no luck.
I hope StutorNS or someone who downloaded it in 2008 can repost this
episode, or maybe someone made a copy of yesterday's showing and can
post it.
Anyway, thanks for reading this and your help.
Joe
