re French : cant speak it at all now, but a few years back I spent 10
days an hour outside Quebec ski-ing. I very little english is spoken
15 minutes out of Quebec. I looking into this carefully and found an
Inn to stay at : Auberge de Cedres room ( they had very few very
plain ) included breakfast and dinner
dinner was what ever you wanted on the menu
2 star chef. people in better weather drove there to eat from Quebec !
a great deal of my french came back, w a questionalbe accent.
the food did it w the wine.
stunning food and all total much cheaper than the ski area 30 minutes
away !
wen I went to Kindergarden, it was a rude awakening for me. Im sure my
parents warned me : i could not understand a word of what was going on
Id forgetten english and spoke only french.
