iIve used MacPAR for a long time.

as far as I can see it does not split files.

Split&concat does

however, the .mp4's that come out of EyeTV have resource forks ( waht
ever that is )

and S&C wont split them

Ive found no other way to split these file

.m4v file are handled fine by S&C but become   abc.001 files

Unison makes both .001 files and PAR2 files instantaneaously

which makes it attractive.

SimplyRAR still will make RAR files as it has in the past,  and Unison
will generate

PAR2 files.

Split & Concat on a mac will rejoin them

there must be a utility for windows that does the same ?
