I just purchased another block of data from usenet-news and I am
finding that everytime I activate it as a back-up server whatever I am
trying to download immediately starts counting down the parts as if
there were a take-down order but if I use strictly Astraweb or
Giganews everything is fine. I didn't have this issue with the first
block of data. Is this an issue with usenet-news?
